\"\"\"\"<\/a>You can start the Reading Challenge Kit any time of the year, but because reading more was part of my casual resolution<\/span>s<\/a><\/span><\/span> for this year I wanted to make a kit to help me with that goal. Being a tad OCD I struggle with deciding what to read.\u00a0 (One free bookmarks has a quote that says\u00a0 “So many books, so little time!”)\u00a0 \u00a0There’s just so\u00a0<\/em> many choices and so<\/em> many topics its overwhelming. The kit helped me hone in on specific books and make final choices.<\/p>\n

“Don’t force yourself to finish a book you’re not connecting with.”<\/div>\n

The idea is to inspire you to read more, or if you are already a reader, to help you broaden your horizons\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and read books you might not normally read. I’m a huge non-fiction reader so that’s my main focus but reading novels is \"Ourwonderful also and can be just as enlightening,\u00a0 inspiring and life changing.\u00a0 So please read what you enjoy and consider adding in something out of the ordinary for you. Also, if you start a book that you’re not enjoying… <\/span>just stop reading it<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0 Don’t force yourself to finish a book you’re not connecting with. Put that book aside and chose another. You don’t want to spend hours you will never get back reading something that doesn’t benefit you in any way.<\/span><\/p>\n

So print your kit and plan out your reading whether it be on a Kindle<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or another e-reader, an app on your phone, or actual books with pages. (I read on all three!)\u00a0 Don’t forget you can also hit up your local library. And as we stress in our Casual Resolutions Goal Setting Kit<\/a><\/span>,<\/span> feel free to change, add or remove books from your plan as needed through the year.<\/p>\n

Make Bookmarks<\/h2>\n

Print the bookmark page onto cardstock. To protect them use clear packing tape and cover each one allowing the tape to overlap beyond the edge of each bookmark.\"Our<\/p>\n

Place tape on the back of the printed bookmarks in the same manner, making sure to cover the bookmark itself.\"Our<\/p>\n

Cut out your bookmarks. You now have sturdy waterproof bookmarks!\"Our<\/p>\n
