They come like this. We bought some to test. You still have to do all the work of pulling the layers out. The biggest problem is they put WAY TOO MANY LAYERS of tissue paper. Much more than is needed and the flower ends up looking too crunched up. These have 10 sheets each. We took them apart and made two flowers\u00a0 out of each one. You only really need 4 sheets per flower for the best look. These also cost a lot more. Considering all you&#8217;re doing is saving the time fanning the tissue paper, its much cheaper to just make them from scratch. Use no more than 4 or 5 sheets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SIZES OF FLOWERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LARGE FLOWERS: For flowers that are 10&#8243; or larger you can fold over the 5 sheets FIRST before doing the accordion folding. These flowers need more bulk to them.<\/p>\n<p>SMALLER FLOWERS: For say a 6&#8243; flower, cut 8 sheets\u00a0 6&#8243; by about 10&#8243; or 12&#8243; long.\u00a0 DO NOT do STEP 1. Start with doing the accordion folding and continue from there.
